The “Certified Data Officer Privacy Manager (CDPM)” Certification Exam is an integral part of the ICP Academy’s Certification Track in the United States, exclusively developed for the Data Protection and Privacy segment, specifically covering LGPD in Brazil.

Data Protection and Privacy Certification Track:

1 – Law and Regulation – Certified Data Privacy Regulation Essential – CDPE

2 – Data Operation and Handling – Certified Data Privacy Operator Practitioner – CDPOP

3 – Data Personal Officer Management and Governance – Certified Data Officer Privacy Manager – CDPM (available for specific regulations CCPA, GDPR, and LGPD)
